The network links up with, or supports ongoing lobby and campaigns at national levels on any of the thematic issues identified within its current project plans as well as organizes regional campaigns on prioritized cross-border RBC related issues. 

As a result, RBC Related and thematic Campaign guidelines are developed for present and future use. In addition to this, National Policy and advocacy briefs are developed at national levels as exemplified by the frequent policy briefs by the Centre for Minority Rights Development (CEMIRIDE), which is a member of the network.

National thematic RBC campaigns are currently being developed and expected to be launched in a targeted manner during the upcoming RBC Conference in Kampala in June 2008. By that time, it is also expected that a regional RBC Strategy and Advocacy brief will have been developed.
